Availability & Access

Is my preferred date available?
Popular event dates fill up quickly so give us a call at (765) 480-8292 or fill out our Online Form to check if your specific date is available.
Will my event be the only event that day?
Yes. In order to dedicate our time and resources to your event we never book two events that overlap.
What is the rental period (set-up start time, event hours, teardown window)?
We offer several Event Packages that detail your rental period. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, contact us so that we can customize one for you!
Is early access or late teardown available - and what are the fees?
We offer several Event Packages that detail your rental period. Early access can be available based on what is scheduled the day prior to your event.

Pricing & Payments

What is the total cost, and what exactly is included?

We offer several Event Packages that detail costs and amenities that are included. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, contact us so that we can customize one for you!

What additional fees should I expect?

Our Wedding Packages are all inclusive. For other events, please contact us for pricing if you have questions after looking at the website.

What is the deposit amount and payment schedule?

There is a $500.00 Hold the Date Deposit. After that, half of the balance is due in 30 days and the remaining balance and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event.

Is early access or late teardown available - and what are the fees?
We offer several Event Packages that detail your rental period. Early access can be available based on what is scheduled the day prior to your event.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
If you need to cancel your event for any reason prior to one hundred and eighty (180) days of the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund minus the $500 non-refundable Hold the Date Deposit.
Are there seasonal rates or weekday/weekend price differences?
Yes, we offer lower rates for events that are scheduled for Sunday – Thursday due to higher availability. We also offer discounts for multiple day rentals that occur Sunday – Thursday.
